Hello Connect, Inc. (“Hello,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a business-to-business technology company providing proprietary software, hardware, and services primarily through pilot programs, licensing arrangements, and enterprise agreements.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled in connection with our Services.

1. No Direct Consumer Sales

Hello Connect, Inc. does not currently sell products or services directly to consumers through this website.

Any consumer purchases, subscriptions, or transactions related to Hello-enabled products are made directly with the applicable brand or partner. Refunds, returns, and exchanges for those products are governed by the policies of the respective brand or retailer.

2. Enterprise and Pilot Agreements

Refunds related to:

  • Pilot programs

  • Licensing agreements

  • Enterprise contracts

  • Strategic partnerships

are governed exclusively by the written agreement between Hello Connect, Inc. and the applicable business partner.

Unless otherwise stated in a written contract, all fees paid to Hello Connect, Inc. are non-refundable.

3. Software, Hardware, and Services

Due to the nature of our proprietary technology, including customized software configurations, hardware components, and development services:

  • Fees are generally non-refundable

  • No refunds are provided for completed work, activated services, or deployed technology unless expressly agreed to in writing

4. Errors or Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a billing error or exceptional circumstance, Hello Connect, Inc. may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

Any approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.

5. Third-Party Platforms

If payments are processed through third-party platforms or app stores, refund requests may be subject to the policies of those platforms.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
